Shipping policy

Carrier. We ship with USPS Priority Mail only. We do not offer UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS Priority Mail Express.

How the rate is set. Checkout shows one line: USPS Priority Mail. The price is the cost of the USPS Priority Mail box or boxes needed for your whole order after we pack the items together. Two small items that fit in one box are charged as one box, not two. If the items need more than one box, you pay the sum of those boxes.

Where we ship. We ship to the United States mainland (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to Puerto Rico or to US territories (including VI, GU, AS, MP). We do not ship internationally. An order with a blocked address will not be fulfilled.

You pay shipping. The customer pays the calculated shipping shown at checkout. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Address and delivery. You are responsible for a complete and correct ship-to address. USPS transit time is not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes when we hand the package to USPS. If USPS marks the package delivered, we have completed shipment. We are not responsible for theft after delivery, refused packages, or delays caused by an incomplete address.
