Shipping policy

Independent retailer of genuine Yamaha OEM parts. Not Yamaha Motor Co. / not an authorized Yamaha dealer. Velocity Parts Network Inc. Ships USPS Priority, 50-state.

Carrier. We ship original Yamaha parts via USPS Priority Mail.

How the rate is set. Checkout shows one line, and the name of that line is the box: Small Flat Rate Box, Medium Flat Rate Box, Medium Flat Rate Box (flat), Large Flat Rate Box, Large Flat Rate Box (flat), Legal Flat Rate Envelope, a made-to-fit box, or a long carton. The price is the cost of that box or boxes for the whole order after we pack the items together. Two small items that fit in one box are charged as one box, not two. If the items need more than one box, you pay the sum of those boxes.

You pay shipping. The customer pays the calculated shipping shown at checkout. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Address and delivery. You are responsible for a complete and correct ship-to address. USPS transit time is not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes when we hand the package to USPS. If USPS marks the package delivered, we have completed shipment. We are not responsible for theft after delivery, refused packages, or delays caused by an incomplete address.
